Cooling-off period/returns
It may happen that you wish to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product after all, or maybe there is another reason why you would not want the order. You have 14 days to return your product. You will then receive a full refund of the order amount, including shipping costs. However, the costs for returning the item from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately €5.95 per package; please consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the seller with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us via info@zdvshop.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been received back in good order.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for this reduction in the product's value. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.
Exchange product?
Would you like to exchange your product? That is no problem at all. You can contact us for this at info@zdvshop.nl. However, you bear the costs of returning the product yourself.”
Delivery time & shipping costs
We carefully do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. The current stock is listed on the product page.
The listed prices are exclusive of shipping costs. The shipping costs within the Netherlands are:
€2.00 for orders that fit through the letterbox
€5.95 for orders sent via parcel post with track and trace
Delivery is handled by the PostNL postal worker or parcel delivery driver. Generally, delivery will take 2 to 4 working days. Orders to Belgium may take a little longer. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery.
Pick-up is possible, but only by appointment.

Warranty & Complaints
Warranty
We care about our products and naturally do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order is damaged during transport or that something else occurs that entitles you to claim warranty.
If you discover, or ought to discover, a defect in the product, you must contact us within a reasonable period. A reasonable period is in any case two months.
Complaints
It is always possible that something does not go entirely as planned. We advise you to first report any complaints to us by emailing info@zdvshop.nl.
