Je steekt hem in je Home Assistant-server, bij voorkeur via een verlengkabel zodat hij niet gestoord wordt door USB 3.0-poorten. Prima voor een eerste Zigbee-netwerk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SLZB-06U en SLZB-06MU: Zigbee via je netwerk<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deze adapters sluit je aan via Ethernet, met PoE of USB-C als voeding. Zo zet je de co\u00f6rdinator centraal in huis, waar het bereik het beste is, los van je server. Ze hebben \u00e9\u00e9n radio: je kiest Zigbee of Thread. De 06U heeft een Texas Instruments-chip (CC2652P), de 06MU een Silicon Labs-chip (EFR32MG21). Beide werken met ZHA en Zigbee2MQTT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SLZB-MR2U, MR4U en MR5U: Zigbee \u00e9n Thread tegelijk<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De MR-serie heeft twee radio&#8217;s. Zo draai je Zigbee op de ene radio en Thread (voor Matter-over-Thread) op de andere, tegelijk en zonder dat ze elkaar hinderen. De MR2U is de voordeligste instap. De MR5U heeft twee moderne EFR32MG24-chips en is voor de meeste Home Assistant-gebruikers de beste keuze. De MR4U combineert de krachtige CC2674P10 met de nieuwste EFR32MG26.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SLZB-MRW10U: Zigbee plus Z-Wave<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Heb je naast Zigbee ook Z-Wave-apparaten, dan bedient de MRW10U beide vanuit \u00e9\u00e9n apparaat. Hij heeft een Zigbee\/Thread-radio (CC2674P10) en een Z-Wave-radio (EFR32ZG23). Z-Wave-ondersteuning is volgens SMLIGHT nog in testfase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SLZB-Ultima 3: het modulaire topmodel<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De Ultima 3 heeft twee radio&#8217;s voor Zigbee en Thread, plus een IR-zender en -ontvanger, RGB-LED&#8217;s, knoppen en een buzzer. Met klikmodules voeg je Z-Wave, PoE of 4G toe. Bedoeld voor gevorderde gebruikers en installateurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SMHUB Nano MG24 en SMHUB Premium: hub zonder server<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De SMHUB-modellen zijn complete Linux-hubs. Ze draaien zelf software zoals Zigbee2MQTT, zodat je geen aparte server nodig hebt. De Nano is compact en heeft PoE ingebouwd. De Premium heeft twee radio&#8217;s en kan worden uitgebreid met modules, onder andere voor Z-Wave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Veelgestelde vragen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ethernet of USB: wat is beter?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een netwerkadapter (Ethernet\/PoE) kun je overal in huis plaatsen, dus centraal tussen je apparaten. Dat geeft vaak een stabieler netwerk dan een USB-stick achter je server, die last kan hebben van storing door USB 3.0, wifi of de behuizing. Een USB-stick is goedkoper en eenvoudiger als je server al op een goede plek staat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Heb ik Thread nodig?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thread is het netwerk onder Matter. Wil je nu of later Matter-over-Thread-apparaten gebruiken, kies dan een model uit de MR-serie, de Ultima 3 of de SMHUB Premium. Die draaien Zigbee en Thread tegelijk.
